Security Rules for Qlik Sense

User can see him self

Add this rule so the user get himself in QRS API calls`s

 

Recommended: These settings are for the HUB distribution.
If you are a normal Qlik user then use this security rule to allowed and distribute to HUB.

Add this  rule nobody can see other reports from each other (rule one)

This rule allows all users to access and delete content in the SharedContent space (Reports section of Hub) that belongs to them.

Add “AnalyticsGate ShareContent User” rules like this:

 

 

And add this  rule is not Anonymous (rule two)

This rule allows the SER engine to write and overwrite content to the SharedContent space (Reports section of Hub) on behalf of all users.

SER License

QMC > MANAGE RESOURCES > Security Rules > + Create new > SER License

 

Add the below value manually into the Conditions table:

Setting Value
Conditions !user.IsAnonymous()
Context Both in hub and QMC

 

Enable the user to see “SER” Tag in the qmc

Example: “!user.IsAnonymous() and (resource.id=”ABC-1234-ABC-1234-ABC-1234-ABC-1234” or resource.id=”ABC-1234-ABC-1234-ABC-1234-ABC-1234“)”

Or alternative
